and so we say.
Watched [Take the Lead] today, with Antonia Banderas as the main lead. Fantastic is the word.
Thought I'll recommend it hehe... So it's me again...
Story: A ballroom dance teacher came to a school and offers to teach the students sent to
detention ballroom dancing. They were a bunch of good-natured teenagers who havent
been given proper guidance in life, full of energy and mischief. The principal thought
the students would put a halt to their skipping of classes when they are forced to do
ballroom dancing. She is totally wrong. Antonia in the movie incited the passion in them
for ballroom dancing, as well as inspired them to take a step forward and search for their
dream. Taught them respect and trust. And they did it.
Fulfil your dream, by taking a step forward. The movie is inspired by the true story of Pierre Dulaine, an inspirational Manhattan dance teacher cum competitor who volunteers his time to teach ballroom dancing to a group of New York inner-city High School students serving detention. A movie talks about how the lives of some people are changed forever by an inspiration, and I'm sunk. Touched. With added touches of humor and professional dances spiced up the movie. The teacher taught them to take a step forward. I realise until now, i still havent had that courage.
Just reached home at around 12.05. Tired... But not sleeping yet...
Tink I would write some thoughts here abt every movie that i watched. So hope u all dont mind. Hee... Nitez
